Inspire
Bring music industry professionals — artists, producers, engineers, and executives — into schools to talk about their careers and inspire students.
Educate
Deliver interactive workshops and seminars covering all facets of music — from songwriting and sound engineering to management, marketing, and tech innovation.
Connect
Partner with schools and NTRP to provide internship schemes and mentorship programs, giving students practical experience and professional guidance.
Equip
Fundraise to provide schools and youth centres with music, arts, and creative technology equipment, including studio gear, instruments, software, and media tools.

Amy Vince
Co-Founder, Music Reach
Director & Co-Founder, NTRP
Amy is the co-founder and Director of NTRP, a boutique live, travel, and tour production company she established in 2016. With over 20 years of experience in travel and tour management, Amy has built NTRP from a small team of 8 into a 50+ strong agency serving some of the world's most iconic artists. A trailblazer in a historically male-dominated industry, she is recognised for setting the standard for what a modern, progressive 360 agency should look like — prioritising diversity, inclusion, and innovation at every level.
Frankie Wright
Co-Founder, Music Reach
Senior Advancing Agent, NTRP
Frankie is a Senior Advancing Agent at NTRP and has worked alongside Amy for the past two years as her assistant. She handles tour management for internationally acclaimed artists including Honey Dijon and Cassian. With hands-on experience across the full spectrum of live touring — from advancing shows to coordinating complex logistics — Frankie brings a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for opening doors for the next generation of music talent.
